Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and RespawnXP ("we", "us") for using respawnxp.com and buying our services. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

RespawnXP is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Activision, Epic Games, Riot Games, Ubisoft, Electronic Arts or any other game publisher. Game names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe what we offer.

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that email address secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms, to place an order. RespawnXP is not meant for children under 13.

Give us your real name and an email address you check. One account per person.

We sell game services: boosting, leveling, camo unlocks, ranked play, bot lobbies, game accounts and in-game items. Each service page shows what is included, the options you picked and the price before you pay.

Orders are completed by experienced players who work through RespawnXP (we call them hosters). Depending on the service you choose:

• Piloted: a player signs in to your game account and does the work. You stay logged out until we tell you it is finished.
• Play-along: you play on your own account while our players join your games.

Delivery windows are our honest estimate, not a guarantee of an exact time. Game updates, server outages and your availability for play-along orders can change them. If we run late we keep working on your order. The Refund Policy explains what happens if we cannot complete it.

For a piloted order you give us permission to sign in to your game account and do the work you ordered, and nothing else. We do not make purchases, change your account settings, or message your friends.

Send login details only inside your order ticket, never by email or other apps. Ticket messages are encrypted when we store them. Once your order is finished, change your password and turn two-factor authentication back on if you turned it off for us.

You must own the account or have the owner's permission for us to use it.

Many game publishers do not allow boosting, account sharing or buying and selling accounts. They can suspend, ban or reset accounts that break their rules. We work carefully to avoid that, but we cannot control what a publisher does and we cannot promise it will never happen.

By ordering, you confirm that you understand this risk and accept it. Publisher action is not a reason for a refund under the Refund Policy.

Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe on its secure payment page; we never see or store your full card number.

Coupon codes have their own limits shown when you apply them, can be used only as offered and have no cash value.

If a payment fails or is reversed, we may pause or cancel the order until it is resolved.

Payments are final. We refund only when we cannot complete your order, for the part we could not deliver. The full rules are in the Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

Each paid order gets a support ticket where you talk with your player and our team. Keep every conversation about your order there. It is how we keep your details safe and how we can help if anything goes wrong.

Our staff can read tickets to support orders, check quality and keep people safe. Messages that try to move a customer to another platform, sell services outside RespawnXP or share outside contact details may be held back and reviewed.

Do not harass, threaten or abuse anyone, share someone else's personal information, or use RespawnXP for anything illegal. We may close the accounts of people who do.

Hosters agree to complete only the work a customer ordered, to keep customer login details private and use them only for that order, and never to contact customers outside RespawnXP or offer them services off the platform.

Earnings for completed orders are shown in the hoster dashboard and paid as described there. Orders that are refunded or charged back because the work was not done may not earn a payout. We can remove hoster access at any time for breaking these terms.

If you leave a review, it must be honest and about your own order. You let us show it on RespawnXP with your first name and last initial. We may decline to publish reviews that are abusive, off-topic or include personal details.

The RespawnXP name, logo, site design, guides and written content belong to us. You may not copy them to run a competing service. Game artwork belongs to its publishers.

We provide the site and our services as they are, with the promises written in these terms and our Refund Policy and no others. We do not promise the site will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost game progress outside the order, lost items, or action a game publisher takes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing [email protected] from the address on the account. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Orders already in progress are then completed, or refunded under the Refund Policy if we cannot complete them.

If you have a problem, contact us first at [email protected] and we will try to sort it out within 30 days.

You may also have rights under the consumer laws where you live, and these terms do not take those away.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the terms in place when you paid for them.
